P38 Kinase Crystal Structure in complex with RO3201195

The structure was published by Goldstein, D.M., Alfredson, T.A., Bertrand, J., et al., Whiteley, P.E., Young, K., and Zipfel, S., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Discovery of S-[5-Amino-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]-[3-(2,3-dihydroxypropoxy)phenyl]-methanone (RO3201195), and Orally Bioavailable and Highly Selective Inhibitor of p38 Map Kinase" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.752 Å and deposited in 2006.
