Catalytic domain of protein kinase PknB from Mycobacterium tuberculosis in complex with mitoxantrone

The structure was published by Wehenkel, A., Fernandez, P., Bellinzoni, M., et al., Labesse, G., Jackson, M., and Alzari, P.M., in 2006 in a paper entitled "The structure of PknB in complex with mitoxantrone, an ATP-competitive inhibitor, suggests a mode of protein kinase regulation in mycobacteria" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.89 Å and deposited in 2006.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
