mitogen activated protein kinase p38alpha (D176A+F327L) activating mutant

The structure was published by Diskin, R., Lebendiker, M., Engelberg, D., and Livnah, O., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Structures of p38alpha Active Mutants Reveal Conformational Changes in L16 Loop that Induce Autophosphorylation and Activation" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.45 Å and deposited in 2006.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
