Solution structure of the second SH3 domain of human adaptor protein NCK2

The structure was published by Liu, J., Li, M., Ran, X., Fan, J.S., and Song, J., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Structural Insight into the Binding Diversity between the Human Nck2 SH3 Domains and Proline-Rich Proteins" (abstract).

The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 2006.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.

The PDB entry contains the structure of Cytoplasmic protein NCK2. This molecule has the UniProt identifier O43639 (NCK2_HUMAN)search. The sample contained 57 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 57 residues 57 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.

The molecule is most likely monomeric.
