Organization of the SH3-SH2 Unit in Active and Inactive Forms of the c-Abl Tyrosine Kinase

The structure was published by Nagar, B., Hantschel, O., Seeliger, M., et al., Weis, W.I., Superti-Furga, G., and Kuriyan, J., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Organization of the SH3-SH2 unit in active and inactive forms of the c-Abl tyrosine kinase." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.27 Å and deposited in 2006.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
