Fitting of the gp10 trimer structure into the cryoEM map of the bacteriophage T4 baseplate in the hexagonal conformation.

The structure was published by Leiman, P.G., Shneider, M.M., Mesyanzhinov, V.V., and Rossmann, M.G., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Evolution of bacteriophage tails: structure of t4 gene product 10" (abstract).

The structure was determined using Electron microscopy at a resolution of 12.0 Å and deposited in 2006.
