Human Carbonic anhydrase II in complex with novel inhibitors

The structure was published by Fisher, S.Z., Govindasamy, L., Boyle, N., et al., Silverman, D.N., Blackburn, G.M., and McKenna, R., in 2006 in a paper entitled "X-ray crystallographic studies reveal that the incorporation of spacer groups in carbonic anhydrase inhibitors causes alternate binding modes." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.6 Å and deposited in 2005.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
