Crystal structure of the heterotrimeric interleukin-2 receptor in complex with interleukin-2

The structure was published by Stauber, D.J., Debler, E.W., Horton, P.A., Smith, K.A., and Wilson, I.A., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Crystal structure of the IL-2 signaling complex: Paradigm for a heterotrimeric cytokine receptor." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.0 Å and deposited in 2005.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
