Solution Structure of Human Immunodificiency Virus Type-2 Nucleocapsid Protein

The structure was published by Matsui, T., Tanaka, T., Endoh, H., et al., Kohno, T., Maeda, T., and Kodera, Y., in 2009 in a paper entitled "The RNA recognition mechanism of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) type 2 NCp8 is different from that of HIV-1 NCp7" (abstract).

The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 2007.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
