Crystal structure of basic winged bean lectin in complex with A blood group disaccharide
The structure was published by Kulkarni, K.A., Katiyar, S., Surolia, A., Vijayan, M., and Suguna, K., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Generation of blood group specificity: new insights from structural studies on the complexes of A- and B-reactive saccharides with basic winged bean agglutinin." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2006.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
