Structure of CDK2 with a 3-hydroxychromones

The structure was published by Lee, J., Park, T., Jeong, S., Kim, K.H., and Hong, C., in 2007 in a paper entitled "3-Hydroxychromones as cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors: synthesis and biological evaluation." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2006.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
