Wildtype FK506-binding protein complexed with Rapamycin

The structure was published by Fulton, K.F., Jackson, S.E., and Buckle, A.M., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Energetic and structural analysis of the role of tryptophan 59 in FKBP12" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.7 Å and deposited in 2006.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
