Fully automated solution structure determination of the Fes SH2 domain

The structure was published by Lopez-Mendez, B. and Guntert, P., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Automated protein structure determination from NMR spectra" (abstract).

The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 2006.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.

The PDB entry contains the structure of Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase Fes/Fps. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P07332 (FES_HUMAN)search. The sample contained 114 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 114 residues 114 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.

The molecule is most likely monomeric.
