Crystal structure of A lectin from canavalia gladiata seeds complexed with alpha-methyl-mannoside and alpha-aminobutyric acid

The structure was published by Delatorre, P., Rocha, B.A.M., Souza, E.P., et al., Sampaio, A.H., Azevedo Jr., W.F., and Cavada, B.S., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Structure of a lectin from Canavalia gladiata seeds: new structural insights for old molecules" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.31 Å and deposited in 2005.
