The crystal structure of the cortactin-SH3 domain and AMAP1-peptide complex

The structure was published by Hashimoto, S., Hirose, M., Hashimoto, A., et al., Ikegami, T., Nakagawa, A., and Sabe, H., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Targeting AMAP1 and cortactin binding bearing an atypical src homology 3/proline interface for prevention of breast cancer invasion and metastasis." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.9 Å and deposited in 2005.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
