CRYSTALLOGRAPHIC STUDIES OF INHIBITOR BINDING SITES IN HUMAN CARBONIC ANHYDRASE II. A PENTACOORDINATED BINDING OF THE SCN-ION TO THE ZINC AT HIGH P*H

The structure was published by Eriksson, A.E., Kylsten, P.M., Jones, T.A., and Liljas, A., in 1988 in a paper entitled "Crystallographic studies of inhibitor binding sites in human carbonic anhydrase II: a pentacoordinated binding of the SCN- ion to the zinc at high pH." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.9 Å and deposited in 1989.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
