CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF THE HUMAN CDK2 COMPLEXED WITH THE TRIAZOLOPYRIMIDINE INHIBITOR

The structure was published by Richardson, C.M., Williamson, D.S., Parratt, M.J., et al., Robertson, A., Surgenor, A.E., and Torrance, C.J., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Triazolo[1,5-A]Pyrimidines as Novel Cdk2 Inhibitors: Protein Structure-Guided Design and Sar." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.9 Å and deposited in 2005.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
