The structure was published by Vulpetti, A., Casale, E., Roletto, F., Amici, R., Villa, M., and Pevarello, P., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Structure-Based Drug Design to the Discovery of New 2-Aminothiazole Cdk2 Inhibitors." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.85 Å and deposited in 2005.
