Lipidic cubic phase grown reaction centre from Rhodobacter sphaeroides, excited state

The structure was published by Katona, G., Snijder, A., Gourdon, P., et al., Hansson, O., Andreasson, L.E., and Neutze, R., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Conformational Regulation of Charge Recombination Reactions in a Photosynthetic Bacterial Reaction Centre" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2005.
