The structure was published by Sielecki, T.M., Johnson, T.L., Liu, J., et al., Benfield, P.A., Trainor, G.L., and Seitz, S.P., in 2001 in a paper entitled "Quinazolines as Cyclin Dependent Kinase Inhibitors" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2005.
