The structure was published by Yue, E.W., Dimeo, S.V., Higley, C.A., et al., Chang, C.-H., Trainor, G.L., and Seitz, S.P., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Synthesis and Evaluation of Indenopyrazoles as Cyclin-Dependent Kinase Inhibitors. Part 4: Heterocycles at C3" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.88 Å and deposited in 2005.
