ADENINE-N6-DNA-METHYLTRANSFERASE TAQI

The structure was published by Schluckebier, G., Kozak, M., Bleimling, N., Weinhold, E., and Saenger, W., in 1997 in a paper entitled "Differential binding of S-adenosylmethionine S-adenosylhomocysteine and Sinefungin to the adenine-specific DNA methyltransferase M.TaqI." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.6 Å and deposited in 1996.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
