The structure was published by Raves, M.L., Harel, M., Pang, Y.-P., Silman, I., Kozikowski, A.P., and Sussman, J.L., in 1997 in a paper entitled "Structure of acetylcholinesterase complexed with the nootropic alkaloid, (-)-huperzine A." (abstract).
