Crystal structure of M. tuberculosis beta carbonic anhydrase, Rv3588c, tetrameric form

The structure was published by Covarrubias, A.S., Bergfors, T., Jones, T.A., and Hogbom, M., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Structural Mechanics of the pH-dependent Activity of beta-Carbonic Anhydrase from Mycobacterium tuberculosis" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2005.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
