Crystal Structure of human PI3Kgamma complexed with AS604850
The structure was published by Camps, M., Ruckle, T., Ji, H., et al., Cirillo, R., Schwarz, M.K., and Rommel, C., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Blockade of PI3Kgamma suppresses joint inflammation and damage in mouse models of rheumatoid arthritis" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.9 Å and deposited in 2005.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
