Zinc-binding domain of Alzheimer's disease amyloid beta-peptide complexed with a zinc (II) cation

The structure was published by Zirah, S., Kozin, S.A., Mazur, A.K., et al., Segalas-Milazzo, I., Debey, P., and Rebuffat, S., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Structural changes of region 1-16 of the Alzheimer disease amyloid beta-peptide upon zinc binding and in vitro aging." (abstract).

The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 2005.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
