Photosynthetic Reaction Center from Rhodobacter sphaeroides
The structure was published by Uyeda, G., Camara-Artigas, A., Williams, J.C., and Allen, J.P., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Design of a Redox-Linked Active Metal Site: Manganese Bound to Bacterial Reaction Centers at a Site Resembling That of Photosystem II" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 4.6 Å and deposited in 2005.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
