Crystal Structure of cyclophilin from Plasmodium yoelii.
The structure was published by Vedadi, M., Lew, J., Artz, J., et al., Roos, D., Kain, K., and Hui, R., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Genome-scale protein expression and structural biology of Plasmodium falciparum and related Apicomplexan organisms." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.8 Å and deposited in 2005.
