Vegfr2 in complex with a novel 4-amino-furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine
The structure was published by Miyazaki, Y., Matsunaga, S., Tang, J., et al., Sato, H., Wang, L., and Nolte, R.T., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Novel 4-amino-furo[2,3-d]pyrimidines as Tie-2 and VEGFR2 dual inhibitors" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.71 Å and deposited in 2005.
