crystal structure of human LRH-1 bound with TIF-2 peptide and phosphatidylglycerol

The structure was published by Krylova, I.N., Sablin, E.P., Moore, J., et al., Fletterick, R.J., Willson, T.M., and Ingraham, H.A., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Structural analyses reveal phosphatidyl inositols as ligands for the NR5 orphan receptors SF-1 and LRH-1." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2005.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.

This PDB entry contains a complex of 2 biomacromolecules, namely Orphan nuclear receptor NR5A2 and Nuclear receptor coactivator 2.

It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.

The molecule most likely forms heterotrimers.
