The structure of E. coli nitroreductase with bound acetate, crystal form 2

The structure was published by Race, P.R., Lovering, A.L., Green, R.M., et al., Searle, P.F., Wrighton, C.J., and Hyde, E.I., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Structural and mechanistic studies of Escherichia coli nitroreductase with the antibiotic nitrofurazone. Reversed binding orientations in different redox states of the enzyme." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2005.
