Oxidized (di-ferric) FprA from Moorella thermoacetica
The structure was published by Silaghi-Dumitrescu, R., Kurtz Jr, D.M., Ljungdahl, L.G., and Lanzilotta, W.N., in 2005 in a paper entitled "X-ray crystal structures of Moorella thermoacetica FprA. Novel diiron site structure and mechanistic insights into a scavenging nitric oxide reductase." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.0 Å and deposited in 2004.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
