Crystal structure of a halotolerant carbonic anhydrase from Dunaliella salina

The structure was published by Premkumar, L., Greenblatt, H.M., Bageshwar, U.K., et al., Gokhman, I., Sussman, J.L., and Zamir, A., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Three-dimensional structure of a halotolerant algal carbonic anhydrase predicts halotolerance of a mammalian homolog." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.86 Å and deposited in 2004.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
