Crystal structure of VEGFR2 in complex with a 2-anilino-5-aryl-oxazole inhibitor

The structure was published by Harris, P.A., Cheung, M., Hunter, R.N., et al., Kumar, R., Luttrell, D.K., and Stafford, J.A., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Discovery and evaluation of 2-anilino-5-aryloxazoles as a novel class of VEGFR2 kinase inhibitors." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.1 Å and deposited in 2004.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
