Crystal structure of PPAR delta complexed with GW2331

The structure was published by Takada, I., Yu, R.T., Xu, H.E., et al., Kliewer, S.A., Evans, R.M., and Umesono, K., in 2000 in a paper entitled "Alteration of a Single Amino Acid in Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor-alpha (PPARalpha) Generates a PPAR delta Phenotype" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.65 Å and deposited in 2004.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
