Crystal Structure of Native CaiB in complex with coenzyme A
The structure was published by Rangarajan, E.S., Li, Y., Iannuzzi, P., Cygler, M., and Matte, A., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Crystal Structure of Escherichia coli Crotonobetainyl-CoA: Carnitine CoA-Transferase (CaiB) and Its Complexes with CoA and Carnitinyl-CoA." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.3 Å and deposited in 2004.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
