The structure was published by Etzkorn, C. and Horton, N.C., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Mechanistic Insights from the Structures of HincII Bound to Cognate DNA Cleaved from Addition of Mg(2+) and Mn(2+)" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.95 Å and deposited in 2004.
