Structure of human aldolase B associated with hereditary fructose intolerance (A149P), at 277K

The structure was published by Malay, A.D., Allen, K.N., and Tolan, D.R., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Structure of the thermolabile mutant aldolase B, A149P: molecular basis of hereditary fructose intolerance." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.0 Å and deposited in 2004.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
