Crystal structure of the syk tyrosine kinase domain with Gleevec
The structure was published by Atwell, S., Adams, J.M., Badger, J., et al., Russell, M., Burley, S.K., and Buchanan, S.G., in 2004 in a paper entitled "A Novel Mode of Gleevec Binding Is Revealed by the Structure of Spleen Tyrosine Kinase" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.57 Å and deposited in 2004.
