Solution structure of the human FES SH2 domain
The structure was published by Scott, A., Pantoja-Uceda, D., Koshiba, S., et al., Sugano, S., Yokoyama, S., and Guntert, P., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Solution structure of the Src homology 2 domain from the human feline sarcoma oncogene Fes" (abstract).
The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 2004.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
The PDB entry contains the structure of Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase FES/FPS. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P07332 (FES_HUMAN). The sample contained 114 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 114 residues 114 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.
The molecule is most likely monomeric.
