Structure of a beta-1,3-glucan binding CBM6 from Bacillus halodurans in complex with xylobiose

The structure was published by Van Bueren, A.L., Moreland, C., Gilbert, H.J., and Boraston, A.B., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Family 6 Carbohydrate Binding Modules Recognize the Non-Reducing End of Beta-1,3-Linked Glucans by Presenting a Unique Ligand Binding Surface" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.62 Å and deposited in 2004.
