STRUCTURE OF HUMAN DECR TERNARY COMPLEX

The structure was published by Alphey, M.S., Yu, W., Byres, E., Li, D., and Hunter, W.N., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Structure and Reactivity of Human Mitochondrial 2,4-Dienoyl-Coa Reductase: Enzyme-Ligand Interactions in a Distinctive Short-Chain Reductase Active Site" (abstract).
