NATIVE CYTOKININ DEHYDROGENASE
The structure was published by Malito, E., Coda, A., Bilyeu, K., Fraaije, M.W., and Mattevi, A., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Structures of Michaelis and Product Complexes of Plant Cytokinin Dehydrogenase: Implications for Flavoenzyme Catalysis" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.7 Å and deposited in 2004.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
The PDB entry contains the structure of CYTOKININ DEHYDROGENASE 1. This molecule has the UniProt identifier Q9T0N8 (CKX1_MAIZE). The sample contained 534 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 534 residues 478 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.
It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.
The molecule is most likely monomeric.
