ENDOSIALIDASE OF BACTERIOPHAGE K1F IN COMPLEX WITH OLIGOMERIC ALPHA-2,8-SIALIC ACID

The structure was published by Stummeyer, K., Dickmanns, A., Muehlenhoff, M., Gerardy-Schahn, R., and Ficner, R., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Crystal Structure of the Polysialic Acid-Degrading Endosialidase of Bacteriophage K1F" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.55 Å and deposited in 2004.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
