CBM6CT FROM CLOSTRIDIUM THERMOCELLUM IN COMPLEX WITH XYLOPENTAOSE

The structure was published by Pires, V.M.R., Henshaw, J., Prates, J.A.M., et al., Planas, A., Gilbert, H.J., and Czjzek, M., in 2004 in a paper entitled "The Crystal Structure of the Family 6 Carbohydrate Binding Module from Cellvibrio Mixtus Endoglucanase 5A in Complex with Oligosaccharides Reveals Two Distinct Binding Sites with Different Ligand Specificities" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.6 Å and deposited in 2004.
