STRUCTURE OF HUMAN PDK1 KINASE DOMAIN IN COMPLEX WITH BIM-1

The structure was published by Komander, D., Kular, G.S., Schuttelkopf, A.W., et al., Kozikowski, A.P., Alessi, D.R., and Van Aalten, D.M.F., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Interactions of Ly333531 and Other Bisindolyl Maleimide Inhibitors with Pdk1" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2003.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
