THE STRUCTURE OF ESTROGEN RECEPTOR IN COMPLEX WITH A SELECTIVE AND POTENT TETRAHYDROISOCHIOLIN LIGAND.

The structure was published by Renaud, J., Bischoff, S.F., Buhl, T., et al., Keller, H., Schlaeppi, J.-M., and Stark, W., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Estrogen Receptor Modulators: Identification and Structure-Activity Relationships of Potent Eralpha-Selective Tetrahydroisoquinoline Ligands" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.28 Å and deposited in 2003.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.

The PDB entry contains the structure of ESTROGEN RECEPTOR.

It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.

The molecule most likely forms homodimers.
