The structure was published by Johansson, P., Brumer, H., Baumann, M., et al., Denman, S., Teeri, T.T., and Jones, T.A., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Crystal Structures of a Poplar Xyloglucan Endotransglycosylase Reveal Details of Transglycosylation Acceptor Binding" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.1 Å and deposited in 2003.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
