Site-directed mutagenesis of His592 involved in binding of copper ion in Arthrobacter globiformis amine oxidase

The structure was published by Matsunami, H., Okajima, T., Hirota, S., et al., Hori, H., Kuroda, S., and Tanizawa, K., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Chemical rescue of a site-specific mutant of bacterial copper amine oxidase for generation of the topa quinone cofactor" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.8 Å and deposited in 2003.
