HINCII BOUND TO COGNATE DNA

The structure was published by Etzkorn, C. and Horton, N.C., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Ca2+ binding in the active site of HincII: implications for the catalytic mechanism" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2004.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
